This webinar is presented by Ms Claire White and a representative of the Legal Profession Board of Tasmania, this seminar will provide insight into the process of dealing with a complaint from the perspective of an investigator of the Legal Profession Board and a practitioner.

Claire White, Senior Associate, Douglas & Collins, graduated from the University of Tasmania with a combined degree in Science and Law. Claire currently practices in the area of civil litigation law with Douglas & Collins. Prior to commencing with Douglas & Collins, Claire was appointed as an investigator for the Legal Profession Board of Tasmania in 2017.

Claire will be joined by Gayle Johnston, Manager Operations, Legal Profession Board of Tasmania who will be available to answer questions from the presentation that relate to LPBT matters.
