About the Speaker

Robert Phillips 
 is the principal of Phillips Taglieri.  Robert was admitted to practice in February 1976 and has specialised in personal injury litigation since the late 1970s.  He was instrumental in the introduction of the mediation rules in the Rules of Court.   He has been a member of the Rule Committee of the Supreme Court since 1988.  Over recent years Robert’s speciality has been catastrophic personal injury litigation.
